TikTok’s primary demographic is still young: more than 36% of users are between 18 and 24, while another 34% fall into the 25–34 bracket. This means over two-thirds of TikTok’s users are under 35. Meanwhile, those aged 35–44 make up around 15%, and 14% are 45 or older—evidence that the platform is slowly maturing demographically.
Interestingly, TikTok maintains a near-gender balance, with about 55% female and 45% male users globally.
